At Tartan Tees, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality products and excellent service. If you receive a damaged item, we're here to help.
Damaged Items
We accept returns or exchanges only in the case of damaged or defective items. If you believe your item is damaged, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. To process your request, we will require clear photographic evidence of the damage.
How to Request a Return
To request a return for a damaged item, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer support adress at info@tartantees.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number and explain the issue with the item.
- Attach clear photographs of the damaged item to your email.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 working days.
Non-Refundable Items
We do not offer refunds or returns for items that are not damaged. All products are made to order, and we are unable to accept returns for items that are not defective.
